REFERENCE SET / SAMPLE WEEK

What deserves a closer look?

4.7×highest relative observation
Fictional accounts and metrics Observation ≠ explanation
01

Choose your reference set

Start with the accounts and content categories that matter to the question you are asking.

Name the question, the permitted inputs and the person responsible for the scope. Keep confidential material out of an initial enquiry.

ReelsData / Decision recordExample
01
QuestionWhat needs a closer look?

Define the purpose first.

02
EvidenceSource, observation date and comparison

Keep the record traceable.

03
DecisionA named owner and a clear next step

Close the loop with a review.

02

Read the context

Compare a post with its account's usual performance, keeping the source and observation date visible.

Keep the context attached as the work changes. A candidate or observation is a starting point for review, not an approved result.

03

Write the next brief

Bring examples, patterns and open questions into a concise handoff for the creative team.

Record the decision, the supporting context and the next owner. Confirm what remains unresolved before expanding the scope.

A few things
to make clear.

Is this a live analytics service?+

Not yet. ReelsData is in development. All charts and account records on this website are fictional examples. Data coverage and refresh schedules will be established before a pilot is offered.

Which platforms will it cover?+

Coverage has not been committed. Each platform needs a viable data source, clear field definitions and a tested refresh policy. A pilot will name exactly what is covered.

Does an outlier predict a viral video?+

No. An outlier describes unusual observed performance against a stated baseline. It does not establish what caused the result or predict the outcome of a new post.

What should we agree before a pilot?+

Source access, permitted use, reference accounts, observation frequency, history and baseline methodology. All demonstrations here use fictional metrics.
