Separate the client contexts
Keep each client's research question and reference set distinct. Different brands can learn from similar formats without sharing confidential strategy. A pilot should begin with a small, named set of accounts and an agreed reporting cadence.

WEEKLY DIRECTION / FICTIONAL EXAMPLE

Make research repeatable
Use the same comparison window and field definitions from report to report. Note changes in coverage rather than interpreting a missing record as a decline. Stable methodology makes a recurring client conversation more useful.
ReelsData is in development. Platform access, field availability and historical coverage must be established before a customer pilot. A request for a pilot is a conversation about the research job, not access to a live analytics account.
Useful handoffA brief the strategist and account lead can both explain
The next owner needs enough context to understand the deliverable.
✓
Review decisionRecord which findings apply to this client and which remain speculative.
A named owner should be able to accept, revise or reject the direction.
The details matter
Keep the interpretation close to the evidence.
Align the strategist and the account lead
The strategist needs enough evidence to defend a finding. The account lead needs a brief that is easy to explain in a client conversation. Agree the research question and the review owner before collecting examples. Keep account context, dates and limitations visible so a finding does not become a broad claim when it moves into a presentation.
Build a repeatable weekly deliverable
Choose a small reference set, a stable observation window and a predictable review format. Carry unresolved questions into the next cycle rather than replacing them with new screenshots. A pilot should define coverage, client boundaries and the reporting handoff; no automated client delivery or live connected account is offered on this website.
A worked planning record
A finding someone else can follow.
A question, the supporting context and a decision that remains open to review.

A few things to make clear.
Is this a live analytics service?+
Not yet. ReelsData is in development. All charts and account records on this website are fictional examples. Data coverage and refresh schedules will be established before a pilot is offered.
Which platforms will it cover?+
Coverage has not been committed. Each platform needs a viable data source, clear field definitions and a tested refresh policy. A pilot will name exactly what is covered.
Does an outlier predict a viral video?+
No. An outlier describes unusual observed performance against a stated baseline. It does not establish what caused the result or predict the outcome of a new post.
What should we agree before a pilot?+
Source access, permitted use, reference accounts, observation frequency, history and baseline methodology. All demonstrations here use fictional metrics.
